THE TEACHER

A teacher is a guiding star,
Who shows us what we’re meant to be.
With gentle words and patient heart,
She helps us learn and do our part.

She leads us through both work and play,
And makes us wiser every day.
She teaches more than books can show,
She helps our hearts and minds to grow.

Dear teacher, with your tender care,
You make the world more bright and fair.
Your lessons shine, your love is true,
We’re thankful every day for you.
