THE WORTH OF TIME

 Time is irretrievable and never goes backward. It moves without considering whether one is prepared to accept it or not. More often than not, we find ourselves racing through the busy schedules of our lives and neglecting the tiny events that make up our lives. A laugh, an interaction, a serene sunset – these passing figures do mean quite a lot. I recall a time when I was self-involved and never wanted to spare a few moments for my grandmother. And one day, she ceased to exist. I understood that day how short life is, and how valuable the time is. William Shakespeare said, "Time is very slow for those who want, very fast for those who are scared, very long for those who are sad, very short for those who celebrate, but for those who love time is eternal".Unlike money, time that's lost can't be earned back. Time never waits for anyone or anything, so it's important to use it wisely.
